The day begins with ensuring all safety policies, procedures, and certifications are up to date, followed by conducting audits and inspections to proactively identify risks. The role includes planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance, monitoring key metrics, and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to keep equipment running smoothly. Managing work schedules to align with production demands, maintaining accurate records through digital systems, and leading a team with clear guidance and mentorship are central to the day.
