Canon UK are looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator - in this role you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to the Document Solutions Sales Channel ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction& service are achieved. Act as an internal& external Sales Support resource, assisting the rest of the Sales Operations team as and when required. Provide first line support for escalations on account queries from customers and provide an escalation process to the relevant department. Responsible for supporting with the Customer Services Mailbox and the management of the trials, refurbished machines and loans processes. First point call for complaints, support and escalate as appropriate.
