Responsibilities: Leading, motivating and overseeing a team of production operatives. Stock management, forecasting and re-ordering. Supporting and training operatives and maintaining records. Driving standards, improving quality controls and meeting deadlines. Health&Safety departmental responsibility Operating and managing the maintenance of a range of machines.Ideal skills/experience: Experience within a light manufacturing environment. Wood cutting/manufacturing experience ideal but not essential. Ability to motivate and lead a team. Highly organised with strong administration and communication skills. Interest in process improvement and increasing performance.
