What you will do  We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our UK&I Fire Suppression business with full P&L responsibility. The GM will develop and implement strategy, manage resources, and drive business growth. Work with the UK&I Sales Director to establish and execute a Fire Suppression sales strategy. Build a climate of sales excellence and cross-selling opportunities. Lead, develop, and mentor operational and sales teams to achieve high performance. Oversee financial management with long-term viability in focus. Strengthen customer relationships for growth and retention. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for market leadership. Ensure ethical management and compliance with local regulations. Foster Continuous Improvement and drive high employee engagement. Promote diversity, inclusion, and a“zero tolerance” EHS culture.
