An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm as Learning&Development Adviser, supporting a busy international firm with learning initiatives. This is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham. The role would suit someone with experience in law firms or professional services firms in a previous L&D role. Role * Plan and organise course logistics, materials and venues * Host and facilitate workshops and programmes in person and online * Supervise junior team member * Responsible for session plans, timetables and agendas * Manage learning budgets * Conduct post event evaluation and feedback process Candidate Requirements * L&D experience * Previous experience in a professional services or legal setting * MS Office skills * Attention to detail Salary– up to 45k, Hybrid working in Birmingham, This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years.
