Responsibilities: * Design and apply behaviour management plans to support individual students and groups. * Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to personalise support to individual student needs. * Observe, assess, and make any required modifications to behaviour strategies. * Conduct training sessions for staff on behaviour management techniques. * Provide 1:1 support in classrooms to assist students in overcoming behavioural challenges. Requirements: * Enhanced DBS check is essential. * Previous experienceworking with children or adults with additional needs. * A relevant teaching or educational psychology qualification required. * Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and sensitively. * Experience with trauma-informed practices is highly desirable.
