Over the course of our 2-year Graduate Programme, you will gain hands-on experience with multiple aspects of HR, including our central specialist teams such as talent development & rewards to our core partnering teams providing HR generalist services to the business. Our HR Graduates are an asset to the team, taking on a variety of interesting projects and interacting with people all over the business. Here’s what you can expect: HR Business Partnering - Learn HR fundamentals, business support, and relevant employment law/policies, with exposure to employee relations, organisational change, and business projects. Talent Development - Support talent acquisition and training programmes, working with the learning and development team, and gaining exposure to talent management and global systems. International Placement - Optional international placement to experience different cultures, expand networks, and share best practices. If not taken, an alternative UK placement in teams like Reward, Projects, or Systems will be offered. Final Placement - This placement is purposefully left open so that we can work with you to identify the best placement to finalise your programme and support your transition to a permanent role. Location: Aston, Birmingham, or East Midlands Gateway in Derby.Who you are: A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) at degree level and 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths and English. You must be able to relocate/travel for placements. A full UK driving licence (or will have one by start date) and access to your own transport.
