On our Sea Logistics Graduate programme, you will learn how we make it all happen – from the initial service offering to the implementation and systems which make it happen. Over the course of our 2-year Graduate Programme, you’ll embark on several rotational placements, each designed to build the skills and experience you need to thrive in a leadership role within our Sea Logistics team. Here's what you can expect: Placement 1 - Export Operational Control Centre – Liverpool or Birmingham (9 months): Dive into the heart of operations and gain hands-on experience. Placement 2 - Product, Trade and Pricing - Liverpool, Birmingham, Dartford, Bristol, or Glasgow (3 months): Develop a strong understanding of our products and pricing strategies across multiple locations. Placement 3 - International Placement (3 months): Broaden your horizons with an exciting international experience, expanding your global perspective. Placement 4 - Export/Import Customer Care Location – Liverpool, Birmingham, or Dartford (6 months): Strengthen your customer service skills while managing key relationships. Placement 5 - Import Operational Control Centre (Finance) – Birmingham (3 months): Gain valuable insight into the financial operations behind global imports. Who you are: A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) at degree level and 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths and English. You must be able to relocate/travel for placements. A full UK driving licence (or will have one by start date) and access to your own transport.
