This role would suit an Estimator with relevant Estimating experience within a Fit Out/ Construction company and have an extensive knowledge of construction practices that canbe used on to analyse costs. The Role Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and contracts. Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.The Person Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or fit-out. Strong knowledge of pricing, contracts, and industry standards.
