Due to the exciting re development of our Springfield Road branch, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of an enthusiastic and dedicated Trade Centre Advisor. In this customer facing role, you will be responsible for contributing to and exceeding customer expectations, whilst supporting the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling a wide range of products. Building relationships over the phone, face to face and online, giving prompt and accurate responses to online/ecommerce custom and queries. Identify and generate sales opportunities for the fullrange of JP Corry products. Provide realistic quotations to meet both customer and business needs. Ensuring a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store Development of new and promotional product lines Carrying out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately andin accordance with branch procedures Ensure sufficient levels of stock on the shop floor, ordering more as required Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary. Proficient in the use of IT and have good computer literacy and telephone skills. Web sales, 'E' commerce and social media experience Ideally knowledge / experience of the construction / building materials industry.
