About the Role: As a Joinery Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for projects. You will: * Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. * Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing. * Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and the project team to achieve the best outcomes. * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. * Provide accurate financial updates and reports to ensure project profitability.
