Job Description
Position Info:
· Position: Cook
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $20.50~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
· Number of Positions: 2
· Work Location: 1999 Country Club Way, Victoria, BC V9B 6R3

Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
· Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
· Assist chefs in managing kitchen operations
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Maintain clean kitchen and work area
· Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and costs
· May hire and train kitchen staff
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
· Language: English
