Job Requirements · Completion of secondary education. · Proven experience in retail sales. · Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to effectively lead and manage a team towards achieving set goals. · Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. · Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle workplace challenges. · Commitment to excellent customer service and team collaboration.
