Eurohouse Interiors Inc. is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant
Permanent, Full time (30 hours per week)
Wage - $ 26.44 CAD per hour
Benefits: Pacific Blue Cross health insurance
Company's business address and job location: 1514 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7V 1H8
Main duties:
· Provide administrative and clerical support to management;
· Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner;
· Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
· Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations for management;
· Create and maintain different documents using office computer software;
· Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
· Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies, place, expedite and receive supplies orders;
· Ensure office equipment is properly maintained;
· Establish office procedures and routines;
· Maintain office cleanliness;
· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required qualifications:
· Completion of secondary school is required; college diploma would be an asset;
· Some previous office administrative/clerical experience is required;
· Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
