ABOUT VACANCY At this time, we are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a driven professional with sound business acumen and an excellent understanding of business development processes who enjoys developing new prospects and building long-term business relationships. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Work alongside the senior management to establish and direct strategical and tactical initiatives to meet the company's objectives · Evaluate the progress of the business development strategies · Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and improvement · Develop programs, plans and tools to increase sales and revenue · Build a network of business contacts and leverage that network to identify, pursue and secure new opportunities essential to the company's growth · Perform market research and provide the senior management with up-to-date market trends and ongoing analysis of the current business environment · Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's services · Prepare business development and other related reports on a regular basis · Attend industry events QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field · Hands-on experience in business development with a proven track record of business development success is a strong asset · Fluent English · Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively, as part of the team, with internal and external stakeholders WORK CONDITIONS · Permanent, full-time position · $46.20 per hour · 35 hours of work per week · Overtime pay ($69.30/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week · Work location: 62 Railside Road, North York, ON M3A 1A3 To apply, please send your resume by email to stagerschoice.hires@gmail.com.
