Main Duties and Responsibilities: · Work alongside the senior management to establish and direct strategic and tactical initiatives to meet the company's objectives · Evaluate the progress of the business development strategies · Develop programs, plans and tools to increase business revenue · Build a network of business contacts and leverage that network to identify, pursue and secure new opportunities essential to the company's growth · Provide the senior management with up-to-date market trends and ongoing analysis of the current business environment · Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's services · Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and improvement · Prepare business development and other related reports on a regular basis · Attend industry conferences and events to generate and nurture leads Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field · Hands-on experience in business development is a strong asset · Fluent English · Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively, as part of the team, with internal and external stakeholders Terms & Conditions: · Permanent, full-time employment - 35 hours per week · Compensation: $46.20 per hour.
