Address: Scarborough, Ontario Wage : $28.50/h Hours : 40 hours a week, permanent Vacancy: 1 Job duties: · Assign, supervise, review and oversee the maintenance services, review employees engaged in maintain the client's property · Establish schedules and methods for providing maintenance services · Identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff · Direct workers to cut grass, trim trees, move equipment, plow snow and perform landscaping · Train employees in the proper use of groundskeeping equipment and supplies · Instruct new employees on methods, procedures and policies · Monitor and control supplies and equipment, order supplies and tools as necessary, prepare documents for equipment procurement · Answer questions and provide information to the clients and investigate complaints and resolve complaints · Maintain records concerning operations and prepare reports on operations and activities Experience and Education Requirement: · College diploma or equivalent experience is required · Minimal two years working experience in the field Please send your resume to mrbinrecruitment@outlook.com
