Vacancies: 1 vacancy Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (40 hours per Week) Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Overtime, Weekend Start date: As soon as possible Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a as a landscape or horticulture supervisor or 2 years as a landscape or horticulture technician is required Work site environment: Outdoors Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer Job Duties: - Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment. - Training new crew members. - Assessing progress and making recommendations. - Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times. - Completing landscape design and construction. - Overseeing maintenance of lawns and gardens, and ensuring proper use of pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemicals. - Completing inventory checks and equipment inspections. - Preparing spreadsheets and other documents. - Providing cost, material, equipment, and time estimates. - May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
