Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team to maintain landscapes in various settings (strata or commercial) to a high standard 2. Perform and supervise various landscaping tasks, including lawn care, pruning, bedwork, pesticide application, and planting 3. Assess the health of lawns 4. Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases 5. Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other uses 6. Organize materials and supervise a team of up to 5 people 7. Set work schedules and procedures 8. Coordinate activities with other groups working on job sites 9. Resolve work-related problems 10. Provide training to group members and clients
