Ascendent Technology Group is looking for a Full-Time IT Support & Production Technician (NOC 22221)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week, $30.00 to $32.00/hour (negotiable), with benefits. Job Description: · Provide phone or email support to end customers seeking technical advice and guidance. · Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by local users and end customers; document technical problems and solutions. · Provide maintenance and upgrade recommendations to keep all IT assets up to date. · Coordinate with other technicians and specialists to formulate solutions and address the software and hardware system challenges. · Supporting and maintaining all computers, servers, network devices, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
