Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative?s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach? Provide Legendary Customer Service through various touch points and communication channels? Load and unload Agro & Crop inputs products, maintain cleanliness, rotation, storage, and order of merchandise in the yard, compound and storage areas? Prepare orders for deliver and assist in loading? Be responsible for care of vehicles and equipment? Pilot Bin deliveries & deliver augers? Operate skid-steer and forklift to move Chemical in and out of appropriate locations in instructed quantities? Perform other duties as assigned? You have a grade 12 or equivalent; agricultural and mechanical experience is an asset? Passion and desire for all aspects of Agriculture and customer service? You understand the concept of ?full service? and will be able to work additional hours during the seasonal peaks (seeding and harvest)? Must be willing to obtain TDG, WHMIS, Forklift certificates? Must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and be willing to wear the required PPE? You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and strive to be the best in the work that you do? You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision? You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.?
