This is a full time, ongoing position, whilst WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicants maintain a presence at our Blackburn North headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Director Data & Solutions, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: Providing professional, high-level business and program support, including developing, implementing, and managing business processes and systems, supporting program and project activities Coordinate the provision of high quality and accurate reports to be provided to internal and external stakeholders Prepare general correspondence, documents, briefs, business cases, reports and presentations and provide high level support, including maintaining and follow-up on action items, preparation of agenda items and supporting documentation, and recording, preparing and distributing minutes Diary management including filtering, prioritising and organising meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director Work as an effective team member to contribute to a culture of co-operation and development of effective and efficient processes and practices  To be considered for this position you will have completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include but not limited to: Extensive experience in providing business support for senior management in a complex organisation (government or public sector environment desirable) including demonstrated experience in managing business support documentation, registers and coordinating reports Advanced computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Internet Strong communication skills including the ability to interact effectively to collate and prepare accurate, clear and concise documents and reports at a level required for presentation at an Executive/Board level Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines, incorporating strong planning, organising and time management skills Strong attention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure accuracy  Working at Ambulance Victoria As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
