We value those with sharp, analytical minds and are open to challenging the way things are done.  The role    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a team to deliver on changes to the Moneysmart website.  This includes establishing project governance, project planning, vendor engagement and management. Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate Communications team. You will ensure projects align to the ASIC Project Methodology, Corporate Finance, and government guidelines. Moneysmart is a public facing website that helps Australians take control of their money by providing tools, tips and guidance to manage money day-to-day and to plan for the future. Key to your success will be effective collaboration and coordination of project resources (including vendors), to plan and delivery of project outcomes.  You will ensure timely status reporting on project progress, budgets, risks, and issues for governance boards such as the Regulatory Data and Business Improvements (RDBI) Steering Committee, TPSC, EXCO, and the Commission.   You will be accountable for: Leading a project team of technical/business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of the project. Ensure the project complies with the ASIC Project Management methodology, Commonwealth Procurement rules and processes. Including identification and engagement of required resourcing. Ensuring appropriate governance is in place for the program, including the establishment and participate in Project Steering Committee. Supporting the DD&T leadership team – in particular the relevant Project Sponsor/s to ensure they are across project progress and any escalated risks, issues and concerns. Ensuring status reporting for the project is completed in a timely manner. This should be inclusive of project progress, budgets, risks, issues and concerns. Providing status reporting for Governance boards such as Regulatory, Data and Business Improvements (RDBI) Steering Committee, Transformation Portfolio Sub Committee (TPSC), EXCO, Commission and other boards as required. Establishing productive working relationships with other DD&T Functions: Information Technology, Digital, Data, Cyber Security and corporate functions, in particular: People & Development (Recruitment), Finance, Risk, Property and Protective Security. Effectively managing the PM resource pool within the program and work collaboratively with other resource managers to ensure that project resources are appropriately allocated to each project.  About you Extensive demonstrated experience in project management. Demonstrated experience managing project team members in a complex corporate or government environment, (PRINCE2, MSP or Agile) where certifications are preferred. Experience delivering complex projects, particularly public facing websites, managing vendors and working with corporate communications teams.  Proven skills and /or knowledge in modern digital application design, integration and / or business process design. Minimum 3 years' Agile delivery experience Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to meet deadlines while managing several competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and consult to engage all levels of the organisation and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical matters to users. Microsoft Office suite including Visio and Project. The team is responsible for governing, facilitating, delivering, assuring, and reporting on strategic programs of work whilst also uplifting the organisation's capability in key areas such as change and project management.
