Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra (other locations considered)   The purpose  ASIC's Regulation & Supervision Group undertakes proactive surveillance and supervision across Australia's financial service and credit providers. It leads regulatory reform and implementation, assesses applications for relief and is responsible for licensing arrangements. We are currently seeking two dynamic Senior Executive Leaders to guide our sector focused teams.   Senior Executive Leader - Superannuation & Life Insurance Senior Executive Leader – Companies, Registered Liquidators & Small Business These positions are responsible for leading the ASIC wide coordination and management of the above-named sectors to achieve regulatory priorities. As a Senior Executive Leader, you will lead a highly skilled sector-based team, overseeing risk-based supervision, identifying misconduct and driving positive consumer and investor outcomes.  You will be the key point of contact for your nominated sectors, monitoring industry practices, engaging with external stakeholders and proactively identifying emerging consumer issues.  Additionally, you will provide strategic insights into policy development.   We are seeking senior leaders with proven experience in guiding high-performing national teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.  The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing complex projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting deadlines.  They should possess excellent analytical skills to resolve complex issues and have the ability to negotiate and establish collaborative relationships.  Extensive experience in managing regulatory issues and compliance is essential, along with comprehensive technical knowledge of the Australian financial services industry, regulations and market trends.
