Drive meaningful insights through dynamic workshops and structured discussions, ensuring solutions align with stakeholder goals and industry standards.   Sydney or Melbourne location – hybrid working environment From $123,444 - $140,180 (depending on experience) + 15.4% super Two Year Fixed Term Contract  Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 23 April 2025   The team  Your team will contribute to ASIC's goal of continuing to strengthen its capabilities to be a stronger regulator by supporting ASIC's business registers. You will be part of a team preparing detailed proposals for the future stabilisation and uplift of the ASIC registers and related work ASIC considers necessary to ensure its transition to operating relevant registers in the future is orderly and efficient.   Specify high-level and detailed requirements and user stories (business, integration functional and non-functional) documenting the requirements and acceptance criteria in a format that can be shared with, and easily understood by a variety of stakeholders. Develop process maps with as-is process analysis and to-be process designs Liaise with SMEs to gather feedback on the requirements and finalise design documents for the developer Contribute to test preparation and execution as required Lead and assist business stakeholders with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution (including contributing to the development of user manuals and provision and coordination of user training) as required Display strong skills in managing your own tasks and performance to deliver on ASIC's strategic priorities and team business plan.   Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or similar and solid industry related Business Analyst experience. Experience in ERP systems, data and business processes, TechOne platform preferred. Previous experience leading a team or project. Good knowledge of IT Systems Development Lifecycles (SDLC) with Agile methodology experience. Proven experience working as part of a project team, in a dynamic project/program environment. Comprehensive knowledge and skills associated with eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements. Strong process mapping skills and ability to analyse, improve them. Strong application of analytical and problem-solving skills in IT systems and IT delivery. Strong stakeholder management and liaison skills. Good knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of ASIC's systems and underlying technologies.
