We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our fast paced Commercial Bids Team based in Brisbane CBD. This role is a key contributor to securing future work and continued growth for Boeing Defence Australia. Responsibilities will include: Evaluate requests for proposal, coordinate estimation, and development of pricing for proposal responses Perform risk, financial and competitive analysis for development of business cases Develop direct and indirect rates and factors for use in estimates, pricing and proposals Develops estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build, and aftermarket support stages of the program. Develops, prepares and validates estimates and prices. Evaluates requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals. Develops estimating and pricing methods. Evaluates and develops business cases. Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.). Develops and maintains pricing models. Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems and coordinates program database requirements. Develops/applies/maintains rates and factors for estimating, pricing and proposals. Performs compliance activities including policy and procedure development, system/tool deployment and training delivery. To be successful you will have: Degree (or equivalent) in Business, or related discipline A good understanding of pricing competitive tender financial responses Advanced MS excel skills along with an understanding of pricing tools Experience using ProPricer  Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.  We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
