Who are we looking for? * Care Expertise: In-depth understanding of best practices, dementia care, holistic planning, and compliance with care legislation. * Outstanding Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and connect with people at all levels, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration. * Specialist Knowledge: Expertise in at least one of the Inspire aspirational framework areas (Food&Nutrition, Wellness, Environment, Care Practice) * A Natural Leader: You bring energy, positivity, and the ability to coach and motivate teams to embrace change and deliver exceptional care.
