What does it mean to be a Service Improvement Advisor at Anchor? * Set the Standard for Excellence: Work closely with care homes to deliver outstanding care aligned with our Inspire aspirational framework, focusing on Food&Nutrition, Wellness, Environment, and Care Practice. * Inspire Change That Lasts: Lead dynamic workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and tailored improvement programmes to spark reflective learning and meaningful progress. * Promote Innovation: Keep Anchor at the forefront of best practice care by staying connected with the latest research and initiatives. * Motivate and Empower Teams: Guide and coach home managers and care colleagues, fostering a culture of care and inspiring them to embrace change and innovation. * Collaborate Widely: Work hand-in-hand with residents, their families, and key stakeholders to create a truly person-centred approach to care. Who are we looking for? * Care Expertise: In-depth understanding of best practices, dementia care, holistic planning, and compliance with care legislation. * Outstanding Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and connect with people at all levels, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration. * Specialist Knowledge: Expertise in at least one of the Inspire aspirational framework areas (Food&Nutrition, Wellness, Environment, Care Practice) * A Natural Leader: You bring energy, positivity, and the ability to coach and motivate teams to embrace change and deliver exceptional care.
