Ensure learning content aligns with business goals. Reporting& Analytics: Analyse data to improve learning effectiveness and talent strategies. Create reports on metrics such as course completion, skills development, and compliance. Program Administration: Support on boarding, leadership, compliance, and professional development programs. Maintain accurate training records and ensure content availability. Employee Support: Assist users with Workday navigation and troubleshoot issues. Provide user guides and training for admins and employees.
