Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer Location: Canary Wharf Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM– 5:00 PM Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial office in Canary Wharf. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water systems within the building, while maintaining compliance with regulations and high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct day-to-day monitoring of water systems across the designated building. * Assist technical staff with maintenance and repair activities as required. * Perform non-technical engineering maintenance tests. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in plant rooms and work areas. * Complete weekly and monthly tasks on water systems and cooling towers to ensure regulatory compliance. * Conduct failsafe checks and servicing of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs). * Ensure compliance with Legionella control regulations, including L8, HSG274, or HTM standards. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications and experience with Legionella control (L8/HSG274/HTM). * Strong understanding of water systems and cooling tower maintenance. * Ability to work independently and support technical staff effectively. * Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
