Our client is primarily looking for a Maintenance Engineer with the experience rather than the formal qualifications  This role will have you primarily based on a large, state of the art, commercial property in Holborn, West End whilst also coveringother commercial properties our client currently provide their services to. You will carry out PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment on site, liaise with subcontractors, ensure all logbooks are up to date and strengthen relations with the client. This role will follow afixed pattern of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.  Duties: PPM and Reactive Maintenance  Electrical Fault-Finding Single&Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms Sprinkler systems AHUs, FCUs Generators Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
