The Role: As a Build Technician, you will play a key role in the conversion and restoration of high end cars, helping to create bespoke, state-of-the-art vehicles. Your responsibilities will include: * Vehicle Disassembly&Assembly: Carefully dismantling classic vehicles, preserving original components, and reassembling them to exacting standards. * Powertrain Integration: Installing and configuring motors, battery systems, and associated components. * Chassis&Body Modifications: Modifying vehicle structures where necessary while maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the original design. * Diagnostics&Testing: Conducting thorough inspections and troubleshooting any mechanical or electrical issues. * Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, designers, and fellow technicians to refine processes and ensure the highest quality workmanship. * Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and internal quality control measures. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * Proven experience in automotive restoration, vehicle conversion, or a similar hands-on automotive role. * Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, fabrication, and mechanical components. * Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under your own initiative. * A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. * A proactive approach to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
