Vehicle Technician / Senior Vehicle Technician Location: Northampton (Northamptonshire) Salary:£38,000 - £48,000 DOE Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)   Are you an experienced vehicle technician with classic car restorations and EV experience? If this is you, we have an excellent opportunity for you to a modern facility working on amazing classic cars such as Bentley, Rolls Royce andmore.    This role requires a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, chassis and the integration of a new (EV) drive train, as well as a passion for preserving the heritage of these timeless vehicles. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure each restoration project meets our exacting standards of quality and authenticity to delight our discerning clients .   Responsibilities include: Carefully disassemble vehicles, cataloging and photographing parts and assessing the condition of each component as necessary. Restore and/or replacement of  chassis components, brakes and suspension Refitting body panels  Install drive unit and ancillaries into place along with necessary inverters and traction batteries into location. Fit switchgear and support commissioning process of electrical hardware  Assist in the refit of restored upholstery, carpets, dashboards, and other interior components   You will need: Min 3 years experience with classic Vehicle restoration Strong Attention to detail Experience with EV Vehicles   If you are a Vehicle Technician looking for a new role then please get in touch with the Talent Connect Team to discuss
