My client, a leading global business operating in Coding and Marking solutions, are seeking a Test Engineer- Value Analysis&Value Engineering, based in Huntingdon. The ideal Test Engineer- Value Analysis&Value Engineering, based in Huntingdon will be responsible for driving product cost reduction without sacrificing performance. Other responsibilities will include setting up and running a variety of technical validation projects for existing and new products and the jobholder is responsible for setting up, running and evaluating all the verification aspects of experiments in a safe environment. This includes developing test plans/scripts, setting up test jigs, analysing data, and writing up reports. This is a challenging and stimulating engineering role working across a variety of different physical materials, electrical/mechanical components, software, high voltages, pressures, and flammable liquids.
