Job Title: Service Charge Officer (Housing) Location: Basingstoke Rate of Pay:£16 P/H (Umbrella) Hours Per Week: 37 Hours Contract Length: 3 months+ Sovereign Network Group is currently on the look out for a Service Charge Officer to join their team on a contracted basis. Main Duties: Assisting/managing and responding to customer queries. Being on the duty line and answering calls. Assisting with producing statements and data for mail merges. Providing copy documentation for customers.The Candidate: Will have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage,but not essential. Service Charge experience is not essential as training will be provided on the job.
