As a senior member of the team, you will have professional leadership of the nursing team. Provide advice on Governance, patientsafety, fertility services and overall support for the clinical team.  Input and take an active role in the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC), CQC input and potential Management/ownership.  Review the audits, complaints and clinical governance processes that are in place.
