About the Role We are seeking an experienced 1st Line Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements , delivers fair customer outcomes , and drives continuous operational improvements across the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the 1st Line Quality Assurance team to maintain high compliance standards. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices. Provide insights and reporting on trends and risks through monthly MI reporting . Design and deliver training programmes to enhance compliance awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality assurance measures into operations. Actively challenge and improve processes, controls, and risk management frameworks . What We're Looking For: Proven experience in 1st Line Quality Assurance within financial services. Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and regulatory compliance . Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team . Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills .
