About This Role * We are looking for an experienced and driven Process Instrumentation Specialist to play a key role in developing and expanding our presence across the North East and West regions. * This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives on driving growth, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering top-tier service. * You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. * Collaborating closely with regional teams, you will also work towards business development and contribute to the wider success of the company. * Your role will involve working strategically to grow market share, managing key accounts, and supporting sales performance. * As the main point of contact for clients, you will help shape the future of our business in the region while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and objectives. What We Are Looking For * Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Process Instrumentation sales within the industrial market, with a proven ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts. * Sales&Business Development: A demonstrated track record of successfully achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth within the sector. * Analytical&Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to devise and implement effective strategies. * Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to track performance and maintain customer data. * Negotiation&Interpersonal Skills: Expertise in negotiating and influencing, with a customer-centric approach to business. * Motivation&Results-Oriented: Highly self-motivated and focused on achieving objectives, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed expectations. * Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. * Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical mindset to address challenges and offer effective solutions. * Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality service, ensuring that clients' needs are always met and exceeded. * Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and enhance the customer
