The Graduate Support posts will be full time and term time only. Key responsibilities within this role; Providing tailored intervention sessions with students on a 1:1 and small group basis outside of the classroom Ensuring students are reaching their expected levels of Progress in line with academic targets Supporting fully qualified teachers in the classroom, working with select students ensuring they remain on task and implementing behavior policies if needed Flexible personality to adapt to the role as required with occasional requests to cover lessons for absent teachers
