Job description Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Salary:£60,000 - £80,000 per annum  (Company vehicle + fuel card + Laptop + Phone + Benefits package + Bonus) Hours: Monday to Friday   About your new company: My client, a national Plant&Powered Access Hire company are currently looking for a National Sales Director to join their fast-growing team.  About your new National Sales Director role: Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently. Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members. Identifying and implementing operational improvements. Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients Conduct performance reviews for all members of the management team. Ensuring the delivery of high service standards. Ensure sales targets are achieved.  What the successful National Operations Manager will needto succeed: A proven track record in an Sales Director Role Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access or Hire sales industry Experienced in people management systems and processes Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally. A proven track record of guiding a team to success A full, valid driving licence Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
