Key Responsibilities: Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across different subjects Providing 1:1 or small group support to children who need extra help with learning Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support Encouraging and motivating children to engage in learning activitiesSupporting children with SEN, additional needs, or social and emotional development Helping with extracurricular activities, including sports, literacy, or numeracy interventionsIdeal Candidate: A graduate in Psychology, English, Maths, Sports Science, or a related subject Passionate about workingwith children and making a difference in education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable, patient, and able to work well in a team Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring) is desirable A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Why Join Us?
