Collaborate with the teacher on lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments. Deliver catch-up sessions to support student progress. Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Non-Negotiables: Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above). Recent experience working with children and young people, particularly those with SEND, within the past two years. Passion for education and supporting children’s development.
