Having already signed on the likes of Adobe, Tesla and Ernst & Young along with various universities and hospitals, they are looking to seriously expand their portfolio of satisfied customers across London and Home Counties with the mission of growing the team from 7 to 30 in the next 4 years and achieving turnover of £10m.Database Marketing Manager - £35k-£45k DOE - North London - ASAP  We are looking for someone with a bit of experience to come in and take the reins to help build out the marketing team. You will get involved in:  Using the company's database to execute innovative marketing campaigns  Manage and improve the accuracy of CRM data through process improvement  Create and execute marketing communications to prospects, existing customers and new leads Help improve the branded communications, through engaging social media content and print content Scope to manage wider marketing activity, including search and acquisitions - PPC, SEO, Web Management etc Manage and monitor third party marketing resources  Requirements:  A relevant degree At least 1.5 years experience in CRM & Database marketing  CRM administrator experience Experience in social media management Any exposure in SEO, PPC, Analytics is advantageous
