Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 Salary;£28,000 plus benefits Job Description: Our client is seeking a permanent Marketing Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will assist with the planning and implementation of all marketing activities, both online and offline, to create awareness , ultimately driving sales. our client builds developments across Birmingham, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes, with an initial focus on Milton Keynes. Responsibilities: - Assist with the coordination and production of all marketing materials, including brochures, signage, online and offline advertising,and other sales promotion activities. - Proofread marketing and sales collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group brand guidelines. - Organize and coordinate sales launches, corporate and community events, and ad-hoc charity events . - Organize estate signage and landscaping to ensure developments are well presented at all times. - Liaise with BGIT and sales teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is displayed on its web pages. - Ensure property portal content is accurate and up-to-date. - Plan bi-weekly development EDM campaigns for sales launches, events, and development phases to be distributed to the sales database. - Plan and track targeted digital campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager. - Assist in accurately reporting and monitoring all online and offline activity to aid in future marketing planning. - Assist in media planning and booking in conjunction with the media buying agency. - Coordinate and manage the rollout and update of on the Company Portal, including creating all reservation manuals within the system. - Maintain regular contact with the PR agency for press releases and potential media opportunities. - Assist with theplanning and coordination of photography shoots. - Understand Sales and Marketing Budgets to track spending across developments. - Raise POs for all marketing-related activities and send to Accounts and relevant suppliers. Requirements: - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Attentionto detail, especially in proofreading. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in digital marketing and campaign planning. - Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking. - Experience in event planning and coordination.
