Our client is a privately owned Fast Track 100 Company. A business that employs close to 2000 people with a turnover approaching£3 billion. Through their 30-year history they have grown organically and through acquisition. Their diverse business portfolio positions them well for further profitable growth at rapid pace globally.

As a result of continued growth, they have afantastic opportunity for an experienced UK Sales Director to join their team. If you have considerable leadership experience at Sales Manager/Director level in a fast paced environment and would like to join a rapidly growing organisation with excellent potential to progress your career within a reputable business then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
We are looking for a leader who can effectively lead an established Sales Team and take them to the next level, somebody who can inspire and motivate a high performing team. You will be responsible for leading all sales functionsacross four UK sites and be responsible for contributing to and delivering the company's Sales Strategy. As a senior member of the Management Team, you will also play a significant part in delivering the whole company vision.
You will be flexible, motivated, focused and have the ability to communicate and influence decision makers at all levels. If you have previous experience in sales leadership as a Sales Manager/Director and can demonstrate evidence of successfully motivating a large sales teams to deliver business objectives, then we would like to hear from you.
