Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to Key Stage 2 curriculum. Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure consistency in support and classroom management. Essential Requirements: Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting, ideally with Key Stage 2. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification (or equivalent). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance, or willingness to apply for one.Desirable: Experience in supply work or working across multiple school environments.
