Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and those working at greater depth. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential. Foster a love of learning, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own progress and personal development. Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents, ensuring that communication is clear and effective. Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and take an active role in school events, including extracurricular activities and parent engagement. Promote students' social, emotional, and personal development, encouraging positive behaviour and resilience.About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential). A degree in Education or a related subject (Essential). Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Desirable, but NQTs are encouraged to apply). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and a passion for delivering high-quality teaching. A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
