Closing date:01 May 2025 We are looking for someone with highly developed customer care skills and a strong customer focus that is able to work as part of a team on a part time basis, delivering a flexible service to meet the needs of Benefits customers The successful candidates will be required to produce work to meet good levels of quality, output and will be expected to utilise their thorough knowledge of Housing Benefit regulations, policy and best practice. The successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to manage their own time to meet targets and deadlines. Achievement of NVQ level 2 equivalent qualifications in a work related area is required for this position.
