This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about enhancing safety standards within the High Voltage industry. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality legislation, policies, and procedures. * Maintain and update the company’s health, safety, and quality management systems. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for safety performance improvements and cultural change. * Deliver in-house health and safety training and awareness sessions, including toolbox talks and inductions.* Investigate incidents, analyse trends, and create detailed reports with actionable recommendations for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications * NEBOSH certification or equivalent health and safety qualification. * Experience in health and safety management within the engineeringor construction sectors. * Familiarity with NERS accreditation processes and standards. * Proficiency in conducting audits, including ISO 9001 internal and on-site auditing. * A full, clean driving license and strong IT skills.
