You'll be part of a specialist team working within a niche field to improve existing products across the business.  What Will You Be Doing?  Liaising with the operations team to ensure efficiency and improve issues such as quality and waste Supporting R&D on new materials to meet sustainability goals Conducting testing and data analysis to assist in continuous process improvement Liaising with the sales team to verify product specifications Overseeing the implementation of new materials into the production process Providing supervision over plant trials  About You A 2:2 or equivalent in material science, chemistry or chemical engineering A bias towards polymer science would be an advantage
