Change Manager Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join a Central Government Department. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to enhance their knowledge and skillset, applying them on a daily basis in a developing professional environment This is a long term contract of 12 months, Hybrid - Glasgow Region The Role As a Change Manager you will proactively prepare the business for the impact of changes being delivered by the project, from concept to execution and review. Provide a bridge between the project and the business users to ensure activities are planned and completed, enabling the business to implement the agreed change Essential Skills Knowledge and demonstrable experience working in a Change Management/Enablement function. Results oriented with energy and passion to achieve and exceed stretching objectives and to deliver within tight timescales. Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills. ITIL4 or 3 Foundation. Desirable Skills Knowledge and experience of working in Jira and Confluence. Knowledge and experience of project methodologies, i.e. Agile, DevOps and traditional waterfall.
